Envorem nominated for Sustainability Impact Award

We are pleased to announce that Envorem has been selected as a finalist in the CREST23 Business Awards, Surrey’s only green business awards celebrating a better tomorrow.

The CREST23 Awards are held annually, highlighting businesses of all sizes leading the way for the green economy. There are several categories, and Envorem has been shortlisted for the ‘Sustainability Impact Award’ for companies with a turnover of more than £1m. Solarcycle UK and For Earth’s Sake are the other finalists in this category.

Winners of the seven categories will be announced, along with the judges’ choice for 2023 Sustainability Hero, on 26 October 2023 at the WWF UK, the CREST23 Restoring Nature Sponsor headquarters.

Terry Tidbury, co-director of CREST23 Business Awards, said: “Scientists have long been warning about the dangerous path the world is on which, among other things, is accelerating climate change and polluting our oceans and rivers. While governments prevaricate, large and small organisations strive to move to a more sustainable model. CREST Business Awards celebrates the progress our organisations in Surrey are making towards a more sustainable future and continues to publicise their success as an example to all organisations.”

Envorem Managing Director Mark Batt-Rawden said: “We are delighted that our groundbreaking work has been recognised. It’s tough out there for start-ups, and awards such as this help us make noise and grab the attention of the major corporates.”
